It is for you if:
- You have just been diagnosed and don’t know where to start (hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's) or you suspect you have it but results are ’normal'
- You have read every book, done education courses, but you struggle to implement things
- You have been on a very strict elimination diet for what feels like years and you've forgotten how to have fun with food. You want to safely try some re-introductions and a different approach.
It’s not for you if:
- You want a calorie counting, old school, weight loss oriented programme with zero focus on healing
Sessions will run on Thursdays 6.30pm UK time. If you can't join live, the replays will be available shortly after the sessions.
It's hard to quantify that exactly as it will be different for everyone, but the programme has been designed to fit around a very busy lifestyle/ suit people with low energy levels.
The live sessions will be 1 hour long, and the prerecorded trainings will be 20 minutes, maximum. You will be able to catch up on replays if you can't join us live.
For life! You will be able to access all materials via a dedicated portal and also download the resources.

As a nutritional therapist my aim is to give a comprehensive advice on how to optimise your diet and lifestyle to reduce and often reverse your symptoms. I do not treat or diagnose health conditions. Please speak to your doctor regarding any changes in prescribed medication.
